AUTHORIZING MONITORING OF SEWER SYSTPl
BY RUEKERT & MIELKE
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has recently received the neces-
sary permits from the Department of Natural Resources to
operate its sewage treatment facilities, and
WHEREAS, as a condition of the permit the City is required
to file a report covering the following:
1. Dispersing of solids.
2. Infiltration inflow analysis.
3. Quarterly reports regarding the efficiency
of operation.
4. A report on all pretreatment requirements
for industries producing 10,000 gallons
per day or more in waste.
and
WHEREAS, authorization is needed from the Council to have the
engineering firm of Ruekert & Mielke prepare said monitoring
reports,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby authorize the Engineering Firm of
Ruekert & Mielke to prepare the necessary data required by
the Department of Natural Resources for sewage treatment
permits granted by them.
