WAIVING OF PERMIT FEES FOR TESS CORNERS
FIRE DEPARTMENT SUB-STATION
WHEREAS, the Tess Comers Fire Department is planning to
build a new sub-station in Section 25, and
WHEREAS, they have requested that all permit fees relating
to the new construction be waived,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby authorize the Building Inspection
Department to waive all required permit fees related to the
construction of the new Tess Corners Fire Department sub-
station.
