AFFIDAVIT OF CORRECTION
(The Ridges)
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has been advised by Stanley J.
Potrykus, a registered land surveyor, that several errors
in transcription were made thereon, and
WHEREAS, in accordance with Chapter 236.295 (2) Wisconsin
Statutes, an Affidavit of Correction for “The Ridges“
Subdivision has been filed with the City
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Affidavit of Correction
for “The Ridges” which has been filed for approval is hereby
approved as provided by Chapter 236.295 (2) Wisconsin
Statutes.
