INITIATING PETITION TO REZONE INDUSTRIAL LAND
IN SECTIONS 25 and 36
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego has
recommended that the Zoning District Map be amended by
rezoning the 1-1 (Industrial Park District) in Sections
25 and 36 to Agriculture.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
recommendation of the Plan Commission, to amend the Zoning
City of Muskego does hereby initiate a petition, upon the
District Map of the City of Muskego by rezoning the 1-1
(Industrial Park District) in Sections 25 and 36 to Agriculture.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the public hearing date for the
proposed rezoning shall be September 24,s 1974, at 7:OO P.M.
