APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP (Tess Corners Fire Department)
WHEREAS a certified survey map has been submitted to the Common houncil to finalize a dlvision of the Bristol Oaks
property in Section 25, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of said
division, subject to the up-dating of the documents.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve of the certified survey map to finalize the division of the Bristol Oaks Corporation property
in Section 25, subject to the up-dating of the documents. n
