ESTABLISHING SALARIES AND BENEFITS FOR
PUBLIC WORKS EMPLOYEES
m WHEREAS the Finance Committee has recomended. changes in the
wages and benefits provided for the employees of the Public
Works Department,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby provide the following:
1. An additional one-half day holiday to be taken on
December 24th.
2. Up to a maximum of 16 hours per year use of sick leave
by employees for doctors and. dental appointments shall
~begranted. Employees shall, where possible, schedule
such appointments after consultation with their super-
visors concerning mutually convenient times for the
taking of such leave and shall attempt to schedule such
an appointment so as to minimize the impact upon working
time. Employees shall give four (4) working days advance
notice prior to requesting such leave.
3. The following salaries are hereby established:
Start 6 Months 18 Months
$ 4.57 Per Hr. $ 4.78 Per Hr. $ 5.00 Per Hr.
