SCHEDULING PUBLIC HEARING DATE
FOR PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
(Geo. Schaefer Property)
WHEMS, the City of Muskego has received a petition for an
amendment to the existing zoning district map which would change
present RS1 and RS2 to RS2 with an OPD (Overlay Planned Develop-
ment), and
WHEREAS, such planned unit development calls for a total 260
units comprised of 160 multi family units, 60 patio homes
and 40 single family lots, and
WHEREAI,, Section 3.06 of the Zoning Ordiance provides
that a public hearing shall be held by the Common Council after
they have received a recommendation from the Plan Commission, and
WEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended denial of the
petition
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego does hereby set the publtc hearing date for the
requested zoning change on the George Schaefer property for
Tuesday, August 27, 1974, at 7:OO P.M.
