DENYING THE APPLICATION OF LOUIS ROZMAN
TO REZONE CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND
IN SECTION 10
BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby affirm the recommendation of the
City Plan Commission to deny the petition of Louis Roman,
dated May 20, 1974, to rezone certain parcel of land on
Janesville Road in Section 10 of the City of Muskego from
RS-2 to B-2.
