RESCINDING RESOLUTION $114-74, ENTITLED, AMENDMENT
TO RANK STRUCTURE OF POLICE DEPARTMENT
-a WHEREAS, on January 22, 1974, the Common Council of the City
of Muskego adopted Resolution $114-74, and
WHEREAS, that resolution provided for the following rank
structure of the Police Department:

Chief
Lieutenants
Sergeants
Police Officers
Dispatcher Clerks
Staff Secretary
and
WHEREAS, the resolution further provided grade structure for the
police officers, to wit:
Police Officer I11
Police Officer I1
Police Officer I
and
WHEREAS, along with each grade there was established a minimum
of educational requirements and/or years of service, and
WHEREAS, the Muskego Professional Policeman's Association has
suggested that this matter should be discussed in greater detail
during negotiations, and.
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has agreed to that premise and
does therefore recommend the Common Council rescind their action
on Resolution $114-74,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby rescind. its action of January 22, 1974,
adopting Resolution #14-74, entitled, Amendment to Rank Structure
of Police Department. /I
