OF GROUNDS OF

PROVIDING FUNDS FOR MAINTENANCE
CITY HALL AND LIBRARY
&
WHEREAS, the maintenance of the grounds around the Muskego
City Hall - Library has left much to be desired, and
WHEREAS, there is not sufficient personnel to adequately
handle the necessary maintenance in the opinion of the
Finance Committee, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee is recommending to the Common
Council that the maintenance of the grounds be accomplished
by a private contractor, and
WHEREAS, quotations were requested from several landscape and
lawn service companies, and.
WHEREAS, the attached, quotations were received, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recomend,ed that the quote of
Liban's Lawn Service be accepted and that funds in the amount
of $300.00 be transferred from the Contingency Fund to cover
this expense,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby authorize the Finance Committee to hire
Liban's Lawn Service for the purpose of maintening the grounds
at the city hall - library.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the sum of ~00.00 is transferred
from the Contingency Fund to mount #509.026 for this purpose.
