APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
(Anna Mahn)
WHEREAS the Common Council has received a request for approval
of a certified survey map to finalize a one parcel division
of the Anna Mahn property in Section 12, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission has recommended approval of the
certified survey map subject to the approval of the city
engineer,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve of a certified survey
map covering a one parcel division of the Anna Mahn property
in Section 12 subject to the approval of the city engineer.
