DIRECTING RUEKERT 6 MIELKE TO PREPARE PLANS
AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR SEWER INSTALLATION
ON S.T.H. 24 WEST OF RACINE AVE.
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Muskego has received
a petition requesting sewers from residents residing on S.T.H. 24 west
of Racine Avenue, said petition involving everyone except one home-
owner, and
WHEREAS, the Common Council has recommended that Ruekert & Mielke be
directed to prepare the plans and specifications €or sewers in that
area, and that the City Attorney prepare the necessary resolutions
for presentation at the next Council meeting, a THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby direct, upon the recomnendation of the Sewer
Committee, the Engineering Firm of Ruekert & Mielke to develop plans
and specifications for extension of sewers west of Racine Avenue
approximately 1500 feet on Janesville Road.
BE IT FLIRTHER RESOLVED that City Attorney Buckley prepare the necess-
ary resolutions regarding the intent of the Council and notice of
public hearing.
