ACCEPTANCE OF OFFER TO PURCHASE PARCEL OF LAND
IN MUSKEGO BUSINESS/INDUSTRIAI. PARK
(Suhm Laboratories, Inc.)
WHEREAS, the city has received an offer of $7,700.00 for
the purchase of Lot 10 Block 3 in the city's industrial
park by David Suhm of Suhm Laboratories, Inc., and
WHEREAS, acceptance of the offer has been recommended by
the city's industrial broker, E. M. Boerke, Inc.,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby accept the offer to purchase
for a parcel of land (1.1 acres) Lot 10 Block 3 from
Suhm Laboratories, Inc. in the city's industrial park
for a price of $7,700.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are
authorized to execute the necessary documents in the name
of the city. /?
