APPROVAL OF SHAGBARK SUBDIVISION TO
CONNECT TO CITY'S SEWER SYSTEM
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission and the Common Council have given
preliminary approval to the subdivision known as Shagbark, and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee, at their meeting of June 20,
1974, has approved the grading, drainage and road plans, and
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committee, at its meeting held on
January 7, 1974, adopted the following motion, "to approve
sanitary sewer service for 11 lots in Shagbark Subdivision",
and again at its meeting of June 24, 1974, adopted the following
motion, to approve the developers of Shagbark Subdivision to
connect into the city's sewer system,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby grant the request of Shagbark Subdivision
to connect into the city's sewer system, subject to the 65%
limitation established in Resolution W220-71.
