APPROVAL OF SONOMA PARK SUBDIVISION
(Town of Vernon)
e WHEREAS, Sonoma Park, a subdivision located in the Town
of Vernon and within the extra-territorial plat approval
jurisdication of the City of Muskego has been submitted
to the city for final approval, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of
the final plat subject to the condition that an engineering
study of the adjacent properties shall be made in order to
assure the City of Muskego proper drainage facilities.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
Commission. does hereby give approval of the final plat
of Sonoma Park, a subdivision located in the Town of e Vernon.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval be subject to
the condition that an engineering study of the adjacent
properties shall be made in order to assure the City of
Muskego proper drainage facilities 77
