INITIATING PETITION TO AMEWZONING DISTRICT MAP
(Re: Muskego Industrial Park, Inc. Property)
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego has
recommended that the Zoning District Map be amended by
rezoning the B-2 area west of Racine Ave. in Section 16, to

THEREFORE, BE IT RES0LVE.D that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby initiate a petition, upon the
recommendation of the Plan Commission, to amend the Zoning
District Map of the City of Muskego by rezoning the B-2 area
west of Racine Ave., in Section 16 to RS2.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the pubic hearing date for the
proposed rezoning shall be August 13, 1974 at 7:OO P.M.
