a INITIATING PETITION TO AMEND ZONING DISTRICT MAP
(Re: Former Nike Site)
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego has
recommended that the Zoning District Map be amended by
from R 1 District with an OIP Overlay to R 1
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby initiate a petition, upon the
recommendation of the Plan Commission, to amend the Zoning
District Map of the City of Muskego by removing the OIP
Overlay south of Tans Drive in Section 5 from R 1 District
with an OIP Overlay to R 1.
