APPROVING RENEWAL OF CONDITIONAL USE GRANT FOR
CARL AND LYDIA WAUER
a WHEREAS. the City of Muskego has received a request for the
renewal'of the Conditional-Use Grant 1/20 held by Carl and
Lydia Wauer for the purpose of mining and processing sand * and gravel, and
WHEREAS, this request is for a 9.874 acre parcel and the City
of Muskego has previously approved the mining and processing
of sand and gravel on approximately 58 acres, and
WHEREAS, all but this 9.874 acre parcel is now included in an
agreement between the City of Muskego and the Wauer Landfill
Permit, and
WHEREAS, this 9.874 acre parcel presently covered by this
Conditional Use will be included eventually in the landfill
restoration.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve of the renewal of the extractive
permit under Conditional Use,!ant #20 to permit continued
mining and proce2sing of sa@ and gravel.
