INITIATING PETITION TO AMEND ZONING DISTRICT MAP
(Re: Triangle bounded by Martin Dr. & College Ave.)
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego has
recommended that the Zoning District Map be amended by
rezoning the approximate three acres of property in the
triangle of College Avenue and Martin Drive from B-2 to
Rs-2,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby initiate a petition, upon the
recomendation of the Plan Commission, to amend the
Zoning District Map of the City of Muskego by rezoning the
B2 area in the triangle bounded by College Avenue and
Martin Drive to RS2.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the public hearing date for the
proposed rezoning shall be August/l4, 1974, at 7: 15 P.M. / ,I
