SETTING PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR AMENDMENT TO
(Re: Solar Heating System)
ZONING ORDINANCE
e BE IT RESOLVED that, upon the recommendation of the Plan
Commission, the Common Council of the City of Muskego does
hereby initiate a petition to amend Chapter 17, Sec. 4.05
(2) of the Municipal Code (Zoning Ordinance) by adding (H)
to read as follows:
“A solar heating system is permitted as
an accessory use and may be permitted
in any district subject to the regu-
lations of the particular district and
to the approval of building, site and
operational plans.”
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the public hearing date on the
above proposed amendment to Chapter 17A Sec. 4.05 (2) be set
for miy 23, 1974, 7:l P.M.
