INIATIATING PETITION To AMEND ZONING DISTRICT
MAP OF THE CITY OF MUSKEG0
(Re: Bentley Property)
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego has
recommended that the Zoning District Map be amended by
removing the OA (Overlay for Agriculture) from this RCE
Area south of Tans Drive in Section 5,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby initiate a petition, upon the
recornendation of the Plan Commission, to amend the Zoning
District Map of the City of Muskego by removing the OA
(Overlay for Agriculture) from this RCE Area south of Tans
Drive in Section 5.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the date for the
proposed rezoning 74 at 7:OO P.M.
