APPROVAL OF REVISED PLANFOR MUS-KEE-QUAC
PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS, Mus-Kee-Quac Planned Unit Development has previously
been approved by the Common Council, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has received and approved of
a proposed change in the planned development which would
reduce the number of single family homes around the lake
and would change the condominium concept to that of con-
dominiums and a nursing home for the elderly, and
WHEREAS, the necessary public hearing has been held,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby accept the proposed changes to the
Mus-Kee-Quac Planned Unit Development as recommended by the
Plan Commission. A
