DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO DRAFT AN
ORDINANCE To AMEND THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP
OF THE CITY OF MUSKEG0
WHEREAS, the City Plan Commission has recommended that
the following be rezoned from 1-1 (Industrial Park)
to RS-2 (Suburban Residence), and
WHEREAS, a public hearing has been held
Property in the SE 1/4 of Section 3, SW 1/4 of
Section 2, NE 1/4 of Section 10 and the NW 114
of Section 11, City of Muskego, Waukesha County,
Wisconsin, which abuts the proposed freeway
corridor.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby direct the City Attorney to
draft the implementing ordinance to rezone the above
