APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
(Otto Kurth)
e WHEREAS, the Common Council has received a request for approval
of a certified survey map by Otto Kurth to finalize an approximate
3-acre division of his property on Durham Drive in Section 11,
and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of the
certified survey map subject to review of the city engineers, and
WHEREAS, the city engineer has given his approval,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve of a certified survey map cover-
ing an approximate 3-acre division of the Otto Kurth property
on Durham Dr. in Section 11. fl
