ACCEPTANCE OF LO)/ BID FOR THE INSTALLATION
OF STOFDl SEWR IN CENTER DRIVE
for bids for the installation of storm sewer in Center Drive,
WHEREAS,the Public Works Committee was authorized to advertise
and
VHEREAS, the following bids were received:
Garsky Construction - $ 30,532.00
United Sewer and Water - 36,062.00
and
dHEREAS, the Public Works Committee have recommended that the low
bid of Garsky Construction in the amount of $30,532.00
Muskego does hereby accept the low bid of Garsky Construction
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
for the installation of storm sewer in Center Drive in the amount
of $30,532.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk and Mayor are authorized
to sign the necessary documents in the name of the city after
review by the city attorney. n
