AUTHORIZING THE REPRINTING OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE
WHEREAS there is a need for the up-dating 0.
municipal code, and
f the city's
WHEREAS the Finance Committee has received an estimated cost of
$4500 for 100 copies,and
WHEREAS the Pinance Committee has recommended that the quotation
from Marek Lithographics be accepted.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego authorizes the Finance Committee to have the municipal code
up-dated and reprinted at a cost of $4500.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the sum of $2000 be transferred from
unappropriated surplus if needed to cover the unbudgeted amount.
