AUTHORIZING LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN
IBM AND CITY OF MUSKEG0
WHEREAS it is the opinion of the Finance Committee that an
efficient copy machine is needed to replace an older model in the
city hall, and
WHEREAS after discussing the matter with the A B Dick Co. and
IBM Corporation, it is their recommendation theat the city enter
into a lease agreement with the IBM Corporation for a copy machine.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby authorize the Clerk and the Mayor to enter
into an agreement with the IBM Corporation to provide a IBM copy
machine to the city at an estimated cost of $168.00 per month.
