ACCEPTANCE OF OFFER TO PURCHASE PARCEL OF LAND IN
MUSKEG0 BUSINESS - INDUSTRIAL PARK
WHEREAS the city has recieved an offer of $25,252.00 for
a plat of land designated as Lot 6, Block 2, in the Fluskego
Business - Industrial Park from Patrick Fiannick and Steven Mark,
and
iiHEREAS acceptance of the offer has been recommended by the
city's Industrial Coordinating Committee.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLViD that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby accept the offer to purchase a plat
of land from Patrick Flannick and Steven Mark designated as Lot 6,
Block 2, Muskego Business - Industrial Park for the sun of
$25,252 .OO.
BE IT FUBTHER RESOLVED that this acceptance is subject to
the buyers removing the stipulation regarding a Class B Fermented
Malt and Intoxicating Liquor license 15 days after date of this
acceptance.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized
to execute the necessary documents in the name of the city.
