ACCEPTANCE OF L(Tw BID FOR RECONSTRUCTION OF
A PORTION OF KELSEY DRIVE
WHEREAS the Public Works Committee was authorized to advertise
for bids for the reconstruction of a portion of Kelsey Drive, and
WHEREAS the following bids have been received:

WHEREAS the Finance Committee and Public Works Committee have
recommended that the Low bid of Don DeBack be accepted.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby accept the low bid of Don DeBack for the
reconstruction of Kelsey Drive from Racine Avenue west to the city
limits in the amount of $118,846.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk and Mayor are authorized
to sign the necessary documents in the name of the city after review
by the city attorney.
