SETTING PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR PROPOSED AMENDMENTS
TO THE MUS-KEE-GUAC PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
(Covenant Living Centers, Inc.)
WHEREAS, the Common Council on the 24th day of April 1973,
adopted Amended Ordinance #250 approving a proposed plan
unit development designated as Mus-Kee-Guac, and
WHEREAS, a change in that Planned Unit Development has been
proposed by the Rev. James Williams whereby there will be
a reduction in the number of single family lots and the
proposed condominium concept is amended to include a nursing
home facility, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of the
Plan but have further recommended that a public hearing be held
THEREFORE, BE .IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby set the date of June 11, 1974 at 7:OO P.M.
for a public hearing on the proposed amendments to the Mus-Kee-Guac
Planned Unit Development.
