APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
(City's Industrial Park - Konieczka)
WHEREAS, a certified survey map has been submitted to the
the City's Industrial Park for Carol J. and Roland S.
Common Council to finalize a 1.03 division of property in
Konieczka,
WHEREAS, the Common Council has accepted the Offer to Purchase
from Carol J. and Roland S. Konieczka, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of the 1.03 acre division,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve of the certified survey map
of a 1.03 acre division of property in the City's Industrial
Park for Carol J. and Roland S. Konieczka.
