ACCEPTING LOW BID FOR CULVERT INSTALLATIONS
WHEREAS, the Public Works Department had authorized the advertising
of bids for culvert installation for private drives within the City
of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, bids were received from Brookfield Culvert Co., Wolf
Construction Co. and Rexal Milam 6 Sons a copy of which are hereto
attached and made a part of this resolution by reference, and
WHEREAS, Brookfield Culvert Co. submitted the lowest bid, and
WHEREAS, upon review of the bids received the Public Works Committee
has recommended that the low bid of Brookfield Culvert Co. be
accepted.
THEREFORE*BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby, upon the recommendation of the Public Works
Committee, accept the low bid of Brookfield Culvert Co. to install
all Culverts for private drives within the City of Muskego.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized 6 to execute the necess ry document in the name of the city.
