RESOLUTION REQUIRING THE PAYMENT OF DELINQUENT
NITHHOLDING TAXES AND STATE SALES TAX PRIOR TO
MALT BEVERAGE AND INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSES
THE ISSUANCE OF CLASS "A" AND CLASS W1' FERMENTED
WHEREAS, the State of Wisconsin has requested that the Common
Council of the City of Muskego withhold the issuance of
Malt Beverage Licenses until all delinquent withholding tax
Class IIA" and Class rlBn Intoxicating Liquor and Fermented
and sales taxes are paid to the State of Wisconsin, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended the adoption
of the necessary resolution,
THEREFORE, BE IT HESOLVED that no Class tfAfl or Class rfBfr
Intoxicating Liquor or Fermented Malt Beverage License shall
be issued to any person who has delinquent withholding tax
or sales tax due the State of Wisconsin until the taxpayer
makes satisfactory arrangements with the State of Wisconsin
to pay these delinquent taxes.
