AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY OF MUSKEG0
AND WISCONSIN DEFT. OF AGRICULTURE

WEREAS, it has become necessary that the City of Iiluskego enter
Agriculture, for services performed within the City by that
into an agreement with the State of Wisconsin, Department of
Department, and
WHEREAS, the Department of Agriculture agrees to furnish the
services and perform the duties of Sealer of deights and
Measures as required in Sec. 980L+(1), Yisconsin Statutes, and
WHEREAS, the Department of Agriculture agrees to report to the
City, at least annually, on the extent and natures of the
services performed, and
WHEREAS, the annual fee for such service is in the approximate
amount qf $900.00,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve of an agreement between the
City and the Department of Agriculture for services to be
performed by a Sealer of VJeights and Measures for a fee of
approximately $900.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are
