ACCEPTANCE OF OFFER TO PURCHASE PARCEL OF LAND
IN MUSKEG0 BUSINESS/INDUSTRIAL PARK
(Inter-state Tool & Eng. Corp.)
WHEREAS, the city has received an offer of $20,560.00 for
the purchase of Lot 8 Block 2 in the city's industrial
park by Inter-state Tool & Engineering Corporation, and
WHEREAS, acceptance of the offer has been recommended by
the city's industrial broker, E. M. Boerke, Inc.,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby accept the offer to purchase
a plat of land (3.223 acres) Lot 8 Block 2 from Inter-
state Tool and Engineering Corporation in the city's
industrial park for a price of $20,560.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are
authorized to execute the necessary documents in the name
of the city. ,
