AMENDING RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE
MUSKEG0 BUSINESS/INDUSTRIAL PARK
WHEREAS, the Common Council has adopted Resolution #145-70
regula.ting activities within the Muskego Business/Industrial
Park, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended by a representative of the
E. M. Boerke, Inc. Co. that the following be included into
the rules and regulations:
1. That there be a minimum period of 12 months to the
start construction for all purchases in the
Industrial Park.
2. That the first construction in each purchase have a
minimum of 2500 sq. feet of building per acre.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby amend the rules and regulations for the
Muskego Business/Industrial Park be adding the following
paragraph to the beginning of Section 13:
"The acceptance of the City of an Offer to Purchase
land within the Business/Industrial Park is subject to
the understanding that construction of the proposed
business will begin within 12 months of the conveyance
of property by the city to the purchaser. The initial
construction proposed in each purchase shall be a
minimum of 2500 sq. feet of building per acre purchased."
