WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has recommended that the low bid of
Payne & Dolan for bituminous asphalt in the mount of $11.45 per ton and $.60 per gal. for prime coat be accepted and the low bid of L & vl
Construction for liquid asphalt (MCO and SCO - $.48 per gal.) (RCO $.49
per gal.) and RT2 $.63 per gal. and pea gravel for $6.80 per ton be
accepted.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego
does hereby accept the low bids of Payne k Dolan for Bituminous asphalt
Construction Co. in the amount of $.48 for SCO and MCO Road Oil, RCO $.49, in the mount of $11.45 per ton and $.60 per gal. for prime, and L & W
Rt2 $.63 and Pea Gravel $6.80 per ton.
