RESOLUTION #73-74
AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF THREE RADIOS FOR
POLICE DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, the Police Department was authorized to solicit bids
for three portable type radios for the squad cars, and
WHEREAS, the following bids were received:
Amount Delivery Time
Ken Com 1 Watt $ 3,042.00 196 Days
Motorola 3.5 Watts 3 , 213 .OO 60 Days
RCA 1.2 Watts 3 244 -00 90 Days
and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee reviewed the bids in respect to
value and delivery time, and
WHEREAS, they have recommended the bid of Motorola in the
amount of $ 3,213.00 be accepted,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
does hereby accept the bid of Motorola for three portable type
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee,
$ 3,213.00.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk and Mayor are authorized to
execute the necessary document in the name of the city.
