DECLARING CERTAIN WEEDS TO BE NOXIOUS WITHIN THE
BOUNDRIES OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO, WAUKESHA
COUNTY, WISCONSIN
8 WHEREAS, Section 94.20 of the Wisconsin Statutes sets forth
certain weeds to be declared noxious, and
WHEREAS, Section 94.20 provides that the Common Council, by
resolution, may declare other weeds noxious,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, pursuant to Section 94.20 of the Wisconsin Statutes,
declares that the following weeds be terned noxious weeds
within the boundries of the City of Muskego, Waukesha County,
Wisconsin:

Bull Thistle
Cockleburr
Leafy Spurge
Field Bindweed
Wild Mustard
Poison Ivy
Wild Radish
White Cockle
Yellow Rocket
