INITIATING PETITION TO REZONE INDUSTRIAL LAND
IN SECTIONS 10 and 11
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego has
recommended that the Zoning District Map be amended by
rezoning the 1-1 (Industrial Park District) south of
Residence),
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby initiate a petition, upon the
recommendation of the Plan Commission, to amend the Zoning
District Map of the City of Muskego by rezoning the 1-1
Sections 10 and 11 to RS-2 (Suburban Residence).
(Industrial Park District) south of Janesville Road in
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the public hearing date for the
proposed rezoning shall be May 28, 1974, at 7:15 P.M.
