APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
(Gumieny - Industrial Park)
WHEREAS, a certified survey map has been submitted to the
Common Council to finalize a one-acre division of roperty on Gemini Drive in the City's Industrial Park for Kobert
Gumieny, and
WHEREAS, the Common Council has accepted the Offer to Purchase
from Mr. Gumieny to purchase this parcel, and /
VJHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of the
one-acre division,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve of the certffied survey map
of a one-acre division of property on Gemini Drive in the City's
Industrial Park for Robert Gumieny.
