ACCEPTANCE OF OFFER TO PURCHASE PARCEL OF LAND
IN MUSKEG0 INDUSTRIAL PARK

WHEREAS, the City has received an offer of $6,200.00 for
a plat of land designated as Lot 9, Unrecorded Muskego
Industrial Park, from Roland S. and Carol J. Konieczka, and
WHEREAS, acceptance of the offer has been recommended
by the city's broker, E. M. Boerke, Inc.,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of
the City of Muskego does hereby accept the offer to purchase
a plat of land from Roland S. and Carol J. Konieczka
designated as Lot 9, Unrecorded Muskego Industrial Park
for the sum of $6,200.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are
authorized to execute the necessary documents in the name
