ACCEPTANCE OF OFFER TU PURCHASE PARCEL OF LAND
IN MUSKEG0 INDUSTRIAL PARK

WHEREAS, the city has received an offer of $28,689.00 for
the purchase of Lot 7 Block 2 in the city's industrial
park by Terrance and Roger Buss, and
WHEREAS, acceptance of the offer has been recommended by the
city's industrial broker, E. M. Boerke, Inc.,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby accept the offer to purchase
a plat of land (Lot 7 Block 2) from Terrance Bad Roger Buss
in the city's industrial park for a price of $28,689.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized
to execute the ne.cessary documents in the name of the city.
