AUTHORIZING THE ADVERTISING OF BIDS FOR RESTORATION
WORK IN GLENBROOK AND BELMONT GREENS SUBDIVISIONS
e WHEREAS, the city negotiated a settlement with United Sewer
and Water whereby the restoration of the ditches and shoulders
in the Glenbrook and Belmont Greens Subdivisions, and
WHEREAS, monies were withheld from the contract to cover
this cost, and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has recommended that
they be authorized for bids for the work,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby authorize the preparation of
specifications and the advertising of bids for needed
restoration work in Glenbrook and Belmont Greens Subdivisions.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Public Works Committee will
submitrtheir report and recommendations to the Common Council. e
