APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT OF "THE RIDGES" * WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has received the final plat
of a subdivision to be known as "The Ridges", and
WHEREAS, the preliminary plat has been given approval by
the Plan Commission and the Council subject to the
condition that a developer's agreement acceptable to the
Plan Commission and the Council will be executed and further
that Outlot 111 shall be dedicated to the city, and
WHEREAS, the Common Council must approve the final plat as
it relates to Section 8.0 of the Land Division Ordinance
of the City of Muskego and the City Plan Commission must
approve such final plat as it relates to Section 7.0 of
said ordinance,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve of the final plat of
"The Ridges" Subdivision.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized
to affix their signatures to the final plat.
