DENYING THE PETITION TO REZONE PARCEL OF LAND
IN SECTION 9 FROM RS2 OLR TO RSM
BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby affirm the recommendation of the
City Plan Commission to deny the petition of Jack Radtke,
Agent for Tinti-Daeda, dated December 13, 1973, to rezone
a certain parcel of land on Lannon Drive in Section 9 of the
City of Muskego from RS-2 ORL to RSM.
