AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A DEMONSTRATOR
FRONT END LOADER
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has advised the Common
Council that a front end loader is needed, and
WHEREAS, bids for a new machine were rejected by the Common
Council at their meeting held on March 12, 1974, and
WHEREAS, a Michigan Model 558 demonstrator front end loader
is available from Airing Equipment at a cost of $16,115.00,
and
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
Model 558 front end loader (demonstrator) at a cost of
of Muskego does hereby authorize the purchase of a Michigan
$16,115.00.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk and Mayor are authorized
to execute the necessary documents in the name of the city.
