ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS TO SATISFY FOR FLOOD INSURANCE
CERTIFICATION
WHEREAS, on the 28th day of August, 1973, the Common Council
of the City of Muskego adopted Resolution #132-73, entitled,
Requesting Certification for Flood Insurance, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that ii order for the city to be-
come eligible for flood insurance, additional assurances be
given to the Federal Insurance Administrator,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, in addition to the action taken by the adopt-
Administrator that the city will maintain for public inspect-
ion of Resolution #132-73, assures the Federal Insurance
ion and furnish upon request, with respect to each area having special flood hazards, information on elevations (in
relation to mean sea level) of the lowest floors of all new or substantially improved structures and, will submit on
each anniversary date of the community an eligibility annual
report to the administrator on the progress made during the
past year within the community in the development and imple-
mentation of flood plain and/or mudslide area management
measures.
