AUTHORIZING RUEKERT & MIELKE TO PREPARE PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS AND TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR
RECONSTRUCTION OF A PORTION OF KELSEY DRIVE
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has recommended that
a portion of Kelsey Drive west of Racine Avenue be recon-
s truc ted , and
WHEREAS, monies have been provided for this project in the
1974 Capital Budget,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby authorize the Engineering Firm
of Ruekert & Mielke to prepare plans and specifications and
to advertise for bids for the reconstruction of a portion
of Kelsey Drive west of Racine Avenue.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Public Works Committee is
directed to review the results of the bidding and report
its findings and recommendations back to the Council.
