ACCEPTANCE OF OFFER TD PURCHASE PARCEL OF LAND
IN THE MUSKEGO INDUSTRIAL PARK

WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has received an offer to purchase
one acre of land in the city's industrial park for $6,000.00,
and
WHEREAS, the property is located south of Gemeni Drive and
adjacent to the Marek Litho Co. and is therefore not in the
recorded plat of the industrial park, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Comittee has recommended the offer
from Mr. Robert Gumieny be accepted,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby accept the offer by Mr. Robert Gumieny
to purchase one acre of land located south of Gemeni Drive and
adjacent to the Marek Litho Co. in the amount of $6,000.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be author-
ized to execute the necessary documents after approval by the
City Attorney.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor is authorized to have a
certified survey map of the land being sold prepared by the
Engineering Firm of Ruekert & Mielke.
